1. Shipping costs.

2. Delivery time.
Our delivery time is 2-7 working days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the product and destination country.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will automatically send you a tracking number via email.
Return
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please note that we only accept returns for unworn and new items.
If your goods are defective or an item is missing, please report this in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the purchase price.
If the return period of 14 days has been exceeded and no extension has been confirmed by us, the return will automatically be sent back to you.
2. Return item.
You have 14 days to cancel your order once you have received the goods.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you package the products carefully to avoid damage during transport.
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. You will be notified as soon as we have processed your return. Processing normally takes a maximum of 10 days.
During major sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Please keep your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

Our items are made from fairly traded cotton. Printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process that uses water-based, heavy metal-free inks. These inks are also completely biodegradable and harmless.
